Data Deletion
Effective: June 17, 2026
Overview
You can ask Bucket Global, Inc. to delete the Personal Information we hold about you. This includes information we received about you through a business’s connected social or messaging platforms — including Meta platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp — when you contacted a business that uses our Emma agent.
How to request deletion
Account holders
- From your account settings, choose to delete your account; or
- Email go@trybucket.aifrom the address on your account with the subject “Delete my data.”
Customers who contacted a business through a connected platform
Email go@trybucket.aiwith the subject “Delete my data,” and tell us the channel and the handle, username, or phone number you used, so we can locate and remove your records. We may ask for limited information to verify the request.
What gets deleted
- Your account and profile (for account holders).
- Message content and conversation records associated with you on connected channels.
- Contact records and any automated signals derived from them that are tied to you.
What we may retain
We may retain limited records we are legally required to keep — primarily booking and payment/transaction records needed for tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, and legal compliance. These are retained only as long as required and then deleted or de-identified.
Timeline
We acknowledge requests promptly and complete deletion within 30 days, except for records we must retain by law. We will confirm by email when your request is complete.
Connected platform data
For information obtained through a connected platform, deletion removes the message content and associated records we store. If you also want the underlying conversation removed from the platform itself, manage that within that platform’s app or settings. Questions about a request: go@trybucket.ai.
