Terms of Service
Effective: June 17, 2026
1. Acceptance
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Bucket Global, Inc. (“Bucket,” “we,” “us”) governing your use of the services we provide at trybucket.ai(the “Services”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Services on behalf of a business (an “Operator”), you represent that you are authorized to bind that business.
2. The Services
Bucket provides an AI operations agent (“Emma”) that an Operator uses to manage customer communications, bookings, payments, and marketing across the channels the Operator chooses to connect. The Operator configures how the Services operate, including the degree of autonomy granted to the agent. We may add, modify, or discontinue features from time to time.
3. Accounts & eligibility
You must provide accurate account information and keep it current, and you are responsible for activity under your account and for safeguarding your credentials. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Services. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable rules.
4. Your responsibilities
- You must own, or be authorized to connect and act on, each account and asset you link to the Services.
- Your use of any connected platform must comply with that platform’s terms and policies, and with applicable laws, including anti-spam and consumer-protection rules.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your business information, pricing, availability, and policies, and for the products and services you sell.
- You configure the agent’s behavior and autonomy. You remain responsible for messages sent, content published, and bookings made on your behalf, and you should review the agent’s activity.
5. Connected platforms
The Services integrate with third-party platforms that you choose to connect. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, and their availability and behavior are outside our control. You authorize us to access and act on those connected accounts as needed to provide the features you enable, and you may disconnect them at any time.
6. Fees & payment processing
Payments for your bookings are handled through a third-party payment processor that you connect. You are the merchant of record for your transactions; we facilitate checkout and may collect a platform fee, disclosed to you when you set up the Services. Refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, and taxes are your responsibility, handled in accordance with your policies and applicable law. Bucket is not a party to the transaction between you and your customer.
7. Automated agent
Emma is automated software. Its outputs may contain errors and should not be relied upon as professional advice. You are responsible for overseeing the agent within the configuration and approvals you set, and for the results of actions taken within them. To the extent permitted by law, Bucket is not liable for actions the agent takes within your configuration.
8. Acceptable use
- No unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harmful, or abusive use of the Services.
- No spam, harassment, or messaging that violates platform rules or applicable anti-spam laws.
- No attempt to breach security, reverse-engineer, overburden, or disrupt the Services.
- No use of the Services to build a competing product or to misuse connected platforms.
9. Intellectual property
Bucket and its licensors own the Services and all related software, content, and materials, excluding content you provide. You retain rights to your content and grant us the limited license needed to operate and provide the Services to you.
10. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bucket is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, and our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Term & termination
These Terms apply while you use the Services. You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or applicable platform rules, or to comply with law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in California will have jurisdiction where permitted by law.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes take effect when posted, as indicated by the “Effective” date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
